Introduction

What is Synco?

Synco is a Shopify app by Techspawn Solutions that connects your Shopify e-commerce store with your Odoo ERP system. It enables automatic, bidirectional synchronization of:

• Products: Sync product data, variants, attributes, and images between Shopify and Odoo in either direction
• Orders: Automatically create sale orders or invoices in Odoo when orders are placed in Shopify
• Customers: Sync customer profiles, addresses, and contact details between platforms
• Inventory: Keep stock levels accurate across both systems with real-time or scheduled sync
• Fulfillments: Sync fulfillment status and tracking information between Odoo and Shopify

Synco supports Odoo versions 16 through 19+ and communicates via JSON-RPC. It uses a durable BullMQ job queue system backed by Redis, ensuring reliable processing with automatic retries and no data loss.
