Plan Auto-Detection
Synco automatically detects your Shopify store plan and shows only the matching subscription tier. If your Shopify plan changes, Synco will prompt you to update your subscription accordingly via the SHOP_UPDATE webhook.
How to Purchase
Step 1: Select Your Plan
- Navigate to the Subscriptions page in the Synco app
- Toggle between Monthly and Yearly billing
- Review the plan that matches your Shopify store plan
Step 2: Confirm and Subscribe
- Click "Select Plan" on your matching plan card
- You'll be redirected to Shopify's payment confirmation page
- Review the subscription details and approve the charge
- Your subscription becomes active immediately with a 14-day free trial
Development Stores
If you're using a Shopify Partner development store, subscriptions are automatically marked as test charges — no real payment is processed.
What Happens After Purchase
- Immediate Access: Your subscription and 14-day trial become active immediately
- Full Features: All sync features are unlocked based on your plan
- Setup Wizard: You'll be guided through the Odoo connection setup
- Support: Contact our support team if you need any assistance
Managing Your Subscription
Viewing Your Subscription
- Navigate to the Support page in Synco to see your current plan summary
- View your plan name, status (Active/Disabled), price, and renewal date
- Alternatively, check your subscription in the Shopify admin under Settings → Billing
Changing Your Plan
- Navigate to the Subscriptions page
- Select a different billing period (Monthly/Yearly)
- Click "Change Plan" from the Support page to navigate to plan selection
- Changes are processed through Shopify's billing system
Cancellation
- Cancel your subscription from your Shopify admin under Settings → Billing
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- On app uninstall, all Synco metafields are cleaned up from your products, orders, and customers
