SyncO is a Shopify ⇄ Odoo connector built by operations engineers who needed it themselves. We focus on retry-safe, version-aware integration that fits real ERP workflows.
What SyncO is
SyncO is a two-way synchronisation connector between Shopify and Odoo ERP. It keeps orders, customers, products, and inventory in sync across both platforms in real time — so your warehouse team sees Shopify orders in Odoo the moment they are placed, and stock adjustments made in Odoo are reflected on your Shopify storefront without manual intervention.
Plans start at $15 per month. SyncO is designed for stores that are serious about their ERP — merchants who have already chosen Odoo as their back office and need a connector that speaks the same language: multi-company, multi-warehouse, proper sales order workflow, and support for Odoo v16 through v19.
Why we built it
SyncO is developed by TechSpawn Solutions, an operations and ERP consultancy that has spent years implementing Odoo for e-commerce businesses. We kept seeing the same problem: merchants who had invested heavily in Odoo were stuck managing the Shopify side with CSV exports, manual data entry, or connectors that broke the moment their Odoo instance was upgraded. The integrations on the market were either too rigid, too expensive, or too fragile for production use. We built SyncO because we needed it ourselves — for our own clients — and decided to make it available to everyone.
What makes us different
- Built around real Odoo workflows. SyncO supports Odoo v16, v17, v18, and v19 (Enterprise and Community), multi-company setups, and multi-warehouse inventory mapping — not just the simple single-company case.
- Retry-safe queue-based processing. Every sync job goes through a durable queue with automatic retries. A temporary Shopify rate-limit or network blip does not lose your data — the job waits and tries again.
- No custom Odoo module required. SyncO communicates with Odoo over the standard JSON-RPC API. There is nothing to install on your Odoo server, which means upgrades stay clean.
- Half the price of typical category connectors. Enterprise-grade sync starting at $15/mo, without the enterprise price tag.
- Implementation support on every plan. Getting a Shopify-to-Odoo sync right requires configuration, not just installation. We include hands-on setup support on all tiers.

SyncO is developed and maintained by TechSpawn Solutions. Niraj and Vijay lead implementation and customer success — you will see their names in the App Store reviews from merchants who have gone through onboarding with them. The engineering team is focused on keeping sync reliable as Shopify and Odoo continue to evolve, which means staying current with each new Odoo release cycle and Shopify API version.
