Support questions
Existing customers can reach the support team directly through the in-app live chat widget inside the SyncO Shopify app. During business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 am–6 pm IST) the typical first response is within a few minutes. Outside business hours messages are picked up the following morning.
You can also email us at support@techspawn.com. Email response time is within one business day. Please include your Shopify store URL and a brief description of the issue so we can pull up your configuration quickly.
Sales and pre-purchase questions
Evaluating SyncO before installing? Email support@techspawn.com with your Shopify plan, Odoo version, and the sync flows you need. We will walk you through whether SyncO is a good fit and answer any technical questions before you commit.
All plans include a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start.
Implementation help
Every SyncO plan includes hands-on implementation support. After installing the app you will be guided through a step-by-step onboarding setup wizard that covers Odoo credential configuration, field mapping, and your first test sync.
If you prefer a live walkthrough, Google Meet setup calls are available on request. Email support@techspawn.com with the subject line "Setup call request" and your timezone, and we will send you a calendar link.
Bug reports
Found something that isn't working as expected? You can report it through any of these channels:
- In-app chat — fastest path; includes automatic context about your store and sync configuration.
- Email — support@techspawn.com. Attach screenshots or a description of the steps to reproduce.
- Shopify App Store review — we monitor reviews and respond publicly. Detailed bug reports in reviews help other merchants and get triaged quickly.
