Is there a free plan?

There is a 14-day free trial on every paid plan, with full feature access. There is no permanently free tier — Synco is a working connector with implementation support, not a freemium app.

Do you charge per order or per SKU?

No. The plan price is fixed regardless of order volume, product count, warehouse count, or inventory event count.

What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Yearly billing is about 17% cheaper than 12 months of monthly billing. Same features, same support, just paid once.

When do I need the Plus plan?

When you run Shopify B2B, when you have a multi-company Odoo setup, or when you need pricelist sync, Plus-tier multi-store features, or priority help on Shopify Plus operations. For typical D2C single-company stores, Advanced is enough.
